MINUTES OF THE 2nd REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF THE MANAGING COMMITTEE OF PAKISTAN HINDU COUNCIL FOR THE YEAR 2010- 2012

The 2nd Regular Monthly Meeting of the Managing Committee 2010-2012 of the Pakistan Hindu Council was held on 2nd April, 2010 at 03:00 p.m. venue at Pakistan Hindu Council Office.

The meeting started with the recitation of the Gayatri Mantara.

The following Respective Members of Pakistan Hindu Council are present.

Before, formal proceeding of the meeting the Hon: President of Pakistan Hindu Council very gratefully thanked all the participants particularly to Patron of Pakistan Hindu Council Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani to spare a some moments from his valuable time.

Secondly, Dr. Mohan Lal Harchandani, General Secretary of Pakistan Hindu Council with the kind permission of the Hon: President of Pakistan Hindu Council delivered the meetings agenda before the participants, which is Purchase of Pakistan Hindu Council Office.

Dr. Mohan Lal Harchandani, General Secretary of Pakistan Hindu Council collected fair opinion from all the Respective present Members of Pakistan Hindu Council.

Mr. Jiwat Vaswani Finance Secretary Pakistan Hindu Council expressed that it is quite necessary for up-gradation of Pakistan Hindu Council to establish a Monthly Regular Funds Scheme, further in entrust of Pakistan Hindu Council he suggested that in accordance to the other renowned organizations it should be made obligatory on the Life Time Members of the Pakistan Hindu Council to pay a sum Rs.2000/= regularly per annum on account of Yearly Renewal Membership Fee of Pakistan Hindu Council.

All the participants were applaudly agreed with the proposal of Mr. Jiwat Vaswani to pay Rs.2000/= regularly per annum except Engr. Hotchand Karmani Member of Managing Committee of Pakistan Hindu Council.

Moreover, Mr. Chela Ram Kewlani & Mr. Teka Mal Manghowani Members of Managing Committee of Pakistan Hindu Council were also suggested that Rs.2000/= per annum is necessary, but Government assistance should be obtained and Charity must be consumed & Office of the Pakistan Hindu Council is compulsory.

All the participants unanimously approved names of the committee members (2010-2012).

CONCLUSION:
1- All the participants were unanimously agreed to collect Rs.2000/= per annum regularly from Life Members of Pakistan Hindu Council. Subject to amendments under Constitution of Pakistan Hindu Council.
2- After elaborately discussion it was unanimously decided to generate the Funds for Pakistan Hindu Council a liable committee should be constituted for purchase of Pakistan Hindu Council Office in order to smooth working of the Pakistan Hindu Council.

The meeting was ended with vote of thanks by Chair.
